Proforma, Feasibility Study, Business Plan, Proposal

Back on July 3rd, I wrote the note below...and have had no response to my
question. I had searched the archives before asking and had only found one
reference to Proforma back in 95...and that thread did not get a response
either. I am wondering if this info is just too proprietary for
professionals to share? When I had the meeting with the non-profit
developer referred to below, he was supportive....said the proposal looked
doable...that we qualify as a community group that they are mandated to work
with...so...the good news is that we will qualify for $25,000. per "door".
2.5 acres will be made available as well for a spring 2005 build. It is
great news to have this support and I asked for a "letter of intent or
something general to indicate support. Am awaiting this now. Now to seek
some funding (probably from the Community Investment Program which is
Lottery money) to get the all-important business plan done. I could
probably do most of it myself if I had a good outline and a mentor.
Anyway...I sure wish this list would pick up on this subject thread like it
does on so many others. It's been like getting a University Education in
Cohousing. Thanks to everyone who contributes....I can't miss a day.

>Hi gang...can anyone help me determine what each of these terms mean?
Point me to any good templates or software that are suitable for a real
estate project like cohousing?
Would anyone share one of these documents as a sample.
I have an appointment with "THE" affordable housing developer for our
region(on Monday the 7th) and must convince him that cohousing would fit
with his mandate. We want to lease a piece of land that the province will
give through this developer and so must have his support as well to get some
of the seed funding being provided by the new Federal/Provincial Housing
Program.
Any advise would be appreciated.
Warmest regards,
