Hi gang...can anyone help me determine what each of these terms mean?  Point
me to any good templates or software that are suitable for a real estate
project like cohousing?
Would anyone share one of these documents as a sample.
I have an appointment with "THE" affordable housing developer for our
region(on Monday the 7th) and must convince him that cohousing would fit
with his mandate.  We want to lease a piece of land that the province will
give through this developer and so must have his support as well to get some
of the seed funding being provided by the new Federal/Provincial Housing
Program.
Any advise would be appreciated.
