This has been my observation also.  I think there are / have been a number
of IC discussions that never reached self-sustaining viability.

Also I wanted to remind you that it's best to include the http:// part of
URL's in email.  Without it they do not become clickable links in the
archives and I suspect in some mail readers.  They can still be followed
by cutting and pasting but that is less likely to happen.
