What's to be ashamed of about comfort and community? I think the 
prominence of the word community will be good to catch the eye of 
cohousing seekers. 

I really liked an ad I saw for another community, with a headline that 
said something like
"Quick! Can  you name 30 of your neighbors? We can!" Then come join us 
etc. 

I assume we could crib the idea - it is an accurate depiction of a big 
difference, and one most people would like. I can not only "name" over 40 
neighbors, I know them, including who welcomes drop ins, who is likely to 
have coffee or baking powder, who might be lonely or need special help in 
an outage or snowstorm, who has a car or computer I could use as a back 
up, or who might car pool with me to the Food Co-op. 

One could also run two separate ads, reaching two different markets.
