First of all, I would strongly recommend that you look into advertising on your local NPR news station. Not only will you be able to target your more expensive units to a traditionally more, uh, liquid audience, but also typically a more liberal audience. Also, I disagree that the term cohousing is now widely known. Of the hundreds of people that I preach to about cohousing, I'd say that 2% have heard of it before an know what it means. By using the word cohousing to describe what we are about says to me that you are only marketing to the 2% who already know about it. I recommend using the terms that describe what we ARE -- neighborhood, friends, balanced privacy, sharing, community.
