Great suggestions.  I like the "quick, can you name 30 of you neighbors?
We can....

Raines or someone on the Coho/US board , has anyone looked into 
publicizing cohousing on NPR nationally?  Would it be feasible for
groups around the country to jointly fund something?  It could
refer people to "contact you local groups via the communities list on
www.cohousing.org"  This would be aimed more at raising that 2% more than 
selling units in specific communities.

BTW most NPR stations also have monthly print magazines that carry
classifieds ads.
