Just an FYI on the printing and binding.  Most anywhere there should be
plenty of print shops that can do this for you and usually offer cost breaks
once you reach a certain number of copies.  There are usually small
companies that specialize in these types of things - most
architects/engineers, etc use these places that do both large format and
small size copying.  Also, places such as OfficeMax or Kinkos have this
ability as well.  You can either take in the one copy you have printed
yourself and get photocopies made, or take in a disk and they will print
them for you.  These sources are also helpful for groups sending out other
information, newsletters, etc as well.  Ask about price breaks for
nonprofits if your group has set one up or other special discounts...many
times companies want to support organizations and will offer breaks - talk
to the manager directly though as most employees either don't know and/or
don't have the power to give these things.  Good luck!
