Cohousing-L Mailing List: Kitchen flooring

Here at Two Echo Cohousing we're getting close to completing our common
house.  We're looking for input about kitchen flooring.  We thought we would
do an epoxy floor (permanent, power washable, with easy-to-clean coves at
the walls) over our concrete slab, but this turns out to be too expensive.
So now we're considering everything from vinyl tiles to epoxy-alternatives
that come with a lower price tag.  What have you done in your community, and
how do you like it?
