We at Touchstone in Ann Arbor are having a conversation about what
constitutes a member and what constitutes an adult for the purposes of
our work agreement. Some people think we should include kids as young
as 13 in our work agreement; others think it should be the purview of
the parents. Some think we should name households rather than members
as the units of work, and allow them to divide it up however the
household thinks is fair.
What did your group decide about who is required (or encouraged) to do work?
Oh, also, what about renters or other long-term visitors? Thanks! -Maggi
