As those who would opt for the 4 BR would be less price sensitive than folks
opting for the 1 BR, consider folding the entire cost of adding this
configuration just to two 4-BR units.
We have had folks move off site because our larger House B, 1974 sq ft, was too small for newly-blended family.
However, where Eno Commons is suburban cohousing, I recommend checking with the more urban sites.

We have planned two 4 bedroom units into our 36 unit urban community. In an effort to standardize and have as few designs as possible we are toying with the idea of dropping the 4 bedrooms. The only thing slightly different in our configuration is that we are planning to have 4 small offices in the common house. The mix would be: 4 1BR 14 2BR 18 3 BR Your thoughts Please Tim _________________________________________________________________Cohousing-L mailing list -- Unsubscribe, archives and other info at: http://www.cohousing.org/cohousing-L/
