Every situation is different but the demand here is for larger units. 
People now in one bedroom need two or three and some in three would 
like four. The last time we had a larger unit on the market there was a 
bidding war.

Four seems like a lot but we have two people in four bedroom units. 
With home offices, the needs increase.
