Cars are left in various places around the city and you pick it up at your closest/favorite location 24/7. You can reserve the car online 2 minutes in advance or six months ahead. The city agreed to set aside and mark off special parking spots for City Wheels cars only. They've got several payment plans. Check the site for all the rates and details. There's also a number of rideshare websites. Google will get you there. Not sure this was what you were looking for. If not, hit delete.
