Dear Miriam, Thanks for your message about the possibilities of cohousing in Berkeley. Having lived in Berkeley previously, there has always been the hope that it might be possible to return. My own situation is of a retired, single man who has been a student at UCB in earlier years and who has worked professionally in the bay area. With retirement it has been financially worthwhile to live in Cloverdale for the benefit of inexpensive housing there. However, in the event that I could afford something that might become available through cohousing, this idea has been very attractive. It becomes especially so with respect to the thought of being able to return to Berkeley. Please know that I am interested in your plans and whatever might become possible for me in the future. Please accept my best wishes for the successful realization of your plans. Sincerely yours, Philip Grinslade __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
