On Sunday, September 24th at 3pm, a group of people will gather at the
Songaia Cohousing Common House for the first public conversation about
creating new community on the 4.32 acres to the immediate north of Songaia
Cohousing. You are invited to attend this meeting if you would like to learn
more about Songaia, the prospects of its growth, or possibilities of a new
community "next door" to Songaia.

Our intent is to form a new Core Group which will build community on the
land. If you have the energy and/or resources to help create community,
there are opportunities for founding members and investors. Current members
of Songaia Cohousing have started investing time and money and are looking
