I'd love to think so, but I know of a community that actually had insurance price raised or coverage denied based on policies expressed in public documents (meeting minutes, I believe) on its website.

I'd like to remind everyone that Fred has set up a separate new list for discussion about the wiki and document library itself, so we can keep using this list to talk about cohousing itself.
