I hope that you will choose Dynamic Governance. It's the only governance system
designed to support consensus decision-making all the time, not just in
meetings. It is a governance structure that integrates policy and operational
decision-making with implementation on a day-to-day basis.

The emphasis is on moving forward and evaluating the results, working with
feedback. That's the "dynamic" in the method. It is based on
planning-doing-measuring. Evaluation is part of the planning. Measuring is
independent of deciding — it's a taking stock of where we are now. How did that
work?

You can start from where you are, you don't have to spend months doing a huge
plan before you see any benefits. You can always modify and change directions
based on results.

It's the only operational structure that will support consensus decisions
easily because it is built on consensus decision-making. It also incorporates
the best management and financial practices.
