In other words, unilateral blocking cannot stand unless some additional 
fair-minded members can see the connection between the block and protecting 
community values — even if they themselves wouldn't prioritize for such a (high 
level of) protection.  That makes sense — and, from what I know of our 
membership, it could probably work for us.
