Cohousing-L Mailing List: New community - help with HOA documents

Hello - The good news is, we got approval from the City of Eugene Oregon to
build Oakleigh Meadow Cohousing.  Our work continues. We need HOA documents
and I was wondering if anybody has a template / document you would be
willing to share. I have located Oregon guidelines. There appears to be no
Administrative Rules on the state website... but... I am sure there is
Oregon specific details I need to include.  That being said... we have to
meet Fannie Mae expectations for funding.  So any help would be appreciated
from any state.  I just need a little direction and seeing what someone
else has done would be wonderful.

PS... I skimmed the 188 pages of helpful documents on cohousing.org site
and they are very helpful, but they are policies for day to day stuff...
Legal HOA docs is what I am interested in.
