    We have a Covenants Committee that evaluates changes/additions that owners 
want to do to their units.  This committee is charged with maintaining the 
value of our community, by making sure that changes/additions are properly 
worked.

If you have such a team in your community, are their meetings and deliberations 
conducted in open meetings or in private?
