Our Bylaws specify that all meetings are open. We have not formed such a committee, and many of us wish we would. We do have people who will take this on individually. One woman went to the board with a proposal that she speak to everyone who has things stored outside their units and ask them to clean it up. Some people use the corridor outside their units like a back porch. But we can all see it. We have a couple of people who have piles of stuff. She was diligent and improved things a lot. For the first time we have a renter who is not socialized--parking in other people's spaces, piles of boxes and furniture outside his rental unit. We just get one thing resolved and he does something else. But this is literally the first time we have had such a problem. Once we had a community clean-up when people helped each other clean out files and books and stuff outside. Took things to the dump and the city paper-shredder.
