They accepted no fences but are now having to get used to that. Or perhaps they believed once they lived there, they would be able to build fences. Perhaps one of the neighbors told them that. I suggest that they are having buyers remorse and just need to adjust. I wouldn’t jump to fast action to change the community because new members now want it to be different.
