All regular minutes of both the Board of Directors and the Community are kept
and posted on our website.

I am asking about what is typically called "Executive" session meeting which
are confidential - having to do with a legal issue, a personnel issue, etc. and
this discussion is not shared, nor made public.

I'm puzzled by this. All of the minutes of our Trustees are posted to our
internal wiki that all community members have access to. Nothing in our
minutes is particularly confidential.
