There are some options that could caption the meeting in-person. For example, if you open up presentation mode in PowerPoint, it automatically generates captions. They aren’t as accurate as a professional captioner (obvs) but does a decent job. Also, in the US people can get a free phone that connects to either a live captioner or auto-generated captions.
