Hello everyone,

I  am an attentive but silent reader of most of your discussions here that 
mostly seem to aim at the situation of American  Cohousing. It seems that your 
situation is different because here in Austria most of or Coho communities are 
of mixed age and that is what most of the people seem to be looking for. Senior 
CoHo is only very slowly starting here….

Today, I would like to contribute something to this discussion about a new 
investment model from Austria.

My Cohousing has been around since 2005 and we financed quite traditionally via 
subsidized loans and bank loans.

But the newer Cohousings in Austria use a new financing/investment model that 
is very attractive and allows people with lesser funds to participate. It is 
called „Wealthpool" and was invented by an Austrian Lawyer and Community

Maybe this idea is stimulating for the US market too?
