Ouch. This isn't about having "thick skin." I'm concerned that we as white
people are trying to intellectualize and teach in this conversation (the
conversation specifically about racial diversity). This is not our lane. It
is about taking feedback, stepping back, reflecting, and internalizing it.
If we have questions, it is appropriate to independently seek out
information through reputable sources or sign up for a (paid) session with
Crystal or another educator.
