That used to happen to me no matter what I was shopping for; I had a
champagne taste and a beer budget. A couple weeks ago I found a $2.1M house
in a part of town I’d never known was there.

This definitely happens to car shoppers, too. Unfortunately, the price of
cars does not come down to meet the needs of those who wish they were more
affordable, because there’s enough demand at current prices to sell all the
cars on the market.

That’s one of the reasons I’m still driving a 2006 Honda Odyssey, purchased
in May 2007.

We can’t control pricing; we can control where we seek to live.
