I have not seen a 1 bedroom for over half mil yet ... and have been looking
very actively for at least 3 years now.  I think this is a New York and
California issue mostly.  And unfortunately, it seems to be a co housing
issue as well.  I'm not sure how affordable housing programs work in places
like COlorado for example, but maybe that model needs to be looked into by
coho folks too.

It's just sad that we all want to have more coho and can't seem to make it
affordable for each other.  Speaks a lot to the systems we have
collectively built, money, governance, and capitalism ...not very
beneficial to humans, making forislated existences instead of collective,
connected, communities.  Just lamenting, not criticizing.
