Cohousing-L Mailing List: Dishwasher / Sanitizer in Common House

Hello,

The sanitizer in our Common House quit working awhile ago and nobody has
had the wherewithal to research replacing it.  Are there standard suppliers
of industrial sanitizers and/or dishwashers that other cohousing
communities use?  We have a small community (13 households) but generate
quite a lot of dishes after shared meals, especially holidays, so speed is
the priority.
