We are exploring options for ways to establish an effective Conflict
Resolution Team. We are a new-ish community (have been around for about 5-7
years) that is about 2/3rds of the way built out and filled. If you have
thoughts about the need for or the establishment of a Conflict Resolution
Team, could you email them to me? I am interested in things that have
worked and things that have not.
