If you find anything helpful from your community member, I'll be very
interested to hear.  A member of our community tried valiantly for years to
repair our sanitizer, to no avail.  It was  originally purchased used and
then we used it for over 20 years.

Well, maybe sanitizers are not "disposable products", but ours _was_ on
our Capital Replacement plan, and ours was replaced some time in the
last few years.

I am forwarding this to the person who took the lead on that replacement
for any advice she may be able to share.

We've been here over 20 years.  Appliances and systems don't last
forever.  We have a different hot water system (fed through our heating
boilers now rather than separate hot water tanks), are researching
replacing the common air conditioning, and have been discussing the
replacement of the common heat boilers some time in the next several
years.
