Washington state cohousing communities, do you have an insurance broker
that you can recommend?  What insurance carrier does your community use? Do
you have earthquake insurance, as well as property and liability?

Skagit Commons is a relatively new community.  We are continuing to look at
insurance carriers and coverage as we earn some experience in this area.
