I couldn't recommend Erik more highly. We had the completely wrong idea
about insurance, and he spent a lot of time educating us at the Fifth
Street Commons in Langley on Whidbey Island. He taught us about Washington
State Law, what is covered, and what we need in our personal policies to
complement the master policy. We also have our EQ insurance through his
agency. He was recommended to us by Bellingham Cohousing.
