Hi Milly, Our agent is Eric Dyrland.  We chose him 25 years ago for his
specialty in condominiums.  We have stayed with him because he is willing
to come to our general meetings or board meetings to explain things to us.
Two years ago, when we had sticker shock at the price increase, we put our
insurance out for bid and found that he had access to all the same carriers
and was able to secure the best rates.  Yes we carry earthquake insurance.
Our property and liability coverage is from Mid-Century and our earthquake
coverage is from Golden Bear.
