Chuck, hi,

I’m one of the officers at Songaia Co-housing.  We recently joined an 
organization which has been immensely helpful in this regard: Washington State 
Community Association Institute (WSCAI), https://www.wscai.org/

They are very aware of these WUCIOA changes, and offer many opportunities to 
stay abreast of best practices and current developments.  It costs $305 for a 
community membership, which allows up to 20 members to access the resources.  
We especially found the spring conference to be helpful.  

Hope this is useful.  The law doesn’t take effect until 2028 and apparently 
rules are still being written, so there is time to make changes.
