Cohousing-L Mailing List: Dues and other expenses

Wondering if any of you have a different way of charging HOA dues and other 
expenses than just straight by household.

Do you make any accommodations for singles vs. families with 2 wage earners?  
Or square footage or number of bedrooms or number of people in the house using 
common facilities?

We are taking a look at this.
