Cohousing-L Mailing List: Mailing list submission-subject-Move-in coordinator

We are looking forward to moving into our community beginning in
mid-November, and are trying to get a grasp on moving logistics. We've been
advised to designate a member to act as  Move-in Coordinator, but are
struggling a little bit to come up with a job description for that role.
Do other communities who have used a move-in coordinator have a description
they could share? It would be much appreciated!
