Three years to organize, seach for sites, split on a site decision, fail at
procuring a particular site.  Dropped back from 9 members to 5 Burning Souls
(still burning).  Two more years to find another site and lock it in.  Five
years to get rezoning and complete development.  Building now, with first two
homes built and occupied and two more starting tomorrow (ours and my Mother's).

Self-developed.
