We formed in 1989, out of a few households (some of whom helped start the
Boston Cohousing Network the year before.)

In 1991, our first real-seeming site fell through.

1n 1992, we found new land & got control of it (control is such a tricky
concept: let's say our financial and community well-being became
inextricably linked to the land: we may just as accurately say the land
controlled us..)

In 1996 the first move-in happened, in 1997 the last.

In 1998 we had our first (so far our only) turnover event.

In 1999 we completed our common house.
