In their "Art of Membership" article in the Fall '02 CoHousing Journal,
Melissa French-Emery and Ellen Orleans inlcude some very helpful questions
to people who leave groups. While these are generally meant for members who
leave during the development process, they may also be helpful for ourgoing
residents. Especially if the leaving was somewhat difficult.
