We have only recently needed to talk about new member orientation and I have a few questions for this group. 1. Whose responsibility is it to tell new homeowners about HOA dues? Is it the sellers responsibility or the community's? 2. When do you tell people about community work expectations? And who does this? Does the seller/landowner tell them before they sign the papers? Or does the community tell them afterwards? I appreciate knowing how other communities handle these communications. Thanks, Becky _______________________________________________ Cohousing-L mailing list Cohousing-L [at] cohousing.org Unsubscribe and other info: http://www.cohousing.org/cohousing-L
