Cohousing-L Mailing List: Starting to accumulate cash - legal agreements

  Hello fellow cohousers!

  Our group is just reaching the point where we have some expenses  
for LLC filing, possible options on land, and need to start assessing  
members.  We should be able to get a bank account in the next 30 days  
or so.  When assessing members, is there a typical letter or contract  
that members should fill out and sign?  Is this unnecessary at this  
stage?  Can anyone offer a sample document?
