I feel like we need to remind folks new to this list about the FHA fairly
regularly!
You can't discriminate, that includes trying to find fewer white people. On
the flip-side you can make it more attractive to your preferred community
members in any number of ways, including making things *more affordable* with
whatever mechanisms you like.
