Cohousing-L Mailing List: Does your community have a voluntary resale donation agreement?

I know of two communities that have this in place and have raised sizeable
income to help finance needed improvements/repairs beyond what operating
funds and replacement reserves cover.  Takoma Village and PDX Commons are
two that I know of.
