I find cohousing-L tremendously valuable -- the encouraging voices; the suggestions; the proffered experience, good and bad; the shared dilemmas; the patience when I vent! I've a tendency to see dark clouds rather than silver linings, and sometimes I feel I'm all gloom-and-despair in my messages. However, my mutterings here provide enough relief to let me actually deal with the issues more rationally. My thanks for bearing with me. I'm cautiously hopeful about the upcoming work credit proposal (probably to be discussed over several meetings starting in late May, from what its authors are saying). I'll give an update in a few months.
