That's exactly the issue we're just starting to confront in planning.
It's already clear that the kitchen is one area where we NEED to budget
some flexibility:  we have single folks who rarely use an oven, folks like
us who sometimes use 6 or more burners and 2 ovens at the same time...

Which has driven a fair bit of our discussion.  Happily, we've so far
found that our group is willing to be a bit less doctrinaire on this
subject!
