Milagro Cohousing has a house available - to be completed in early
September.  Milagro is a sustainably-designed cohousing community of 28
homes clustered on 43 acres of preserved desert land.  Each energy-efficient
adobe home has a view of the mountains or the city of Tucson, or both.
Seven houses are complete, with four more to finish this month.

The house available is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home of approximately 1500 square
feet with a finished loft.  Included are 2 carports, one with storage.  The
price is approximately $270,000.
