The company that did our reserve study said a conventional condominium would require 400 units to support our commonhouse, hot tub, etc., and still be competitive in the housing market.
Since we are supporting these with the condo fees of 43 units, it would take approximately 6 times higher fees without the offsetting labor, Our fees now are comparable to those of other condos without the amenities.
