And Robin lives in larger house design (House B). I live in a smaller House A.

Eno Commons was designed to be afforable cohousing. Only two house designs and
only two lot sizes. The folks who bought the larger lots a bit of premium in
order to enable the duplex HouseAs be more affordable. There was an option for
the House A to be less expensive by having the upstairs not a living area but
an attic. No one choose that option.

I know Pacifica Cohousing (Carrboro, NC) incorporate many features to less
expensive and worked out a deal with Carrboro for affordable housing for some
unit. (Speak to them about details.)

BTW, we have found that the larger houses sell faster than the smaller design.
