Help needed with pictures and poster

Our fledgling group can use a hand:

We're making one of those professional "presentation boards" that we can
take to our road shows. This is the type that nonprofits and others
typically bring to trade shows that tell a story through pictures and little
text.

We have a few photos of our group members, but since we don't have land yet
or home designs or a site plan, we could use outstanding photos that other
groups may have used for such a project. We'd appreciate whatever you have
that you could send: a great shot of: a common house, an activity at a
common house, an outdoor activity, some homes, a site plan, or whatever you
think would be best to illustrate what cohousing is all about. Each
picture, according to a professional I've consulted, should tell a story and
need very little text to explain it.

Also, we are joining with two other local forming groups in the Philadelphia
area to create a poster that announces that we are forming and gives contact
information for the 3 groups. Once again, we are looking for very high
quality art work that would be extremely eye catching, though this time it
can be drawn rather than a photograph. Again, we've been advised that very
little text should be presented, and the design should be "arresting" to
draw one's interest to the topic and to stand out among the multitude of
other attempts to catch our attention. These would be posted in local
stores and would probably be glossy, and at least 8x10 if not larger. We've
admired some similar posters around town that advertise local causes or
events, and stores and coffee shops do seem to be willing to allow them to
be displayed.

Of course, advice based on your experience would also be appreciated.

Rather than re-invent sliced bread, we thought we'd ask for help from you
all. I would assume that whatever you would be willing to help us with
could be emailed as an attachment.

Thanks in advance,
