I don't know about cohousing specific communication models, but I really like Dennis Rivers' work on Cooperative Communication based on Quaker nonviolence teachings. His website http://www.newconversations.net/ has several articles and a workbook that are free for downloading. Of course many people use Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication too.
